    Hey there – writing to see is this is a widespread issue or just us. We updated to the latest plugin version this morning and lost access to our website (font end and dashboard). The error message was {“message”:”Unauthorized Access”}

    After deactivating the plugin vis FTP and rolling back to the previous plugin version were were able to access our site again. Is this a know issue that will be fixed in a future update?

    Thanks so much for any insight!

    Sara

    Dear @saralovesyellow

    Thank you for reaching out to us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    As we haven’t received similar reports from other users and haven’t encountered this issue on our test site, it appears to be a site-specific problem. We recommend checking whether you’re using the latest versions of WooCommerce, WordPress, and PHP.

    After verifying this, please enable debug mode(how to) and attempt to reinstall the plugin on your staging site. If the issue persists, kindly share the error log with us so we can investigate further.

    Best regards,
