Site experiencing technical difficulties
-
Yesterday I starting getting a message that my site is experiencing technical difficulties and to check my email, but I have not received any email. I had been trying to get Ninja Forms working. I cleared my cache, deactivated all my plugins, then reactivated them again. Still the same message.
This afternoon I checked my site health and it is telling me that there is a critical issue:Background updates ensure that WordPress can auto-update if a security update is released for the version you are currently using.

…Any suggestions as to how this has happened? New to WordPress and feeling very much out of my dept here. Not confident about making changes outside the WordPress Dashboard.
