Site files backed up to dropbox but file empty

    Had no problems with plugin until today.

    Database backed up – fine.
    The log shows that the file was transferred to dropbox.

    Site files take ages and the log shows no mention of file being transferred to dropbox, but a file appears in dropbox.
    Unfortunately the file is empty.

    Any thoughts?
