Site Freezes and Images Wont Load

  • So I installed this for a client she got the access token and id and once I added it to her sidebar with the shortcode the site froze up and the widget just showed the loading icon.

    So I then tried it with my own Instagram account on her site and everything loaded fine and worked perfect.

    So she tried again 2x and both times it made the site freeze up.

    When I check for errors I do get: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ILLEGAL

    She has requested the token 3 x why would it continue to not take the token.

    She is logged in, her account is not private, and her id is correct.
