• I have installed the latest version of WordPress, but the complete site goes down after a while. According to my host, there are problems with my WordPress installation.

I can’t really understand, since it’s the latest version in which the bugs should be fixed.

Has anyone heard of bugs or security risks in the latest WP version? How can they be solved?

  • Did your host say exactly what the problem was? I once had a host who blamed installed software for all their own shortcomings ??

Can you ask them if it’s a “CPU Usage” issue? There are some Hosts that send warnings to users who have wp-cron.php calling the server too often (mistakenly). Other than that, I can’t think of why a Host would shut you down for WP ?? May I ask what Host it is?

The host is One in Denmark. Their technician actually said there could be a problem with the wp-cron.php file.

How can I solve that problem, or make them do it?

I think folks are going to need a lot more information…

Is your host offering logs or anything useful that you could share with us?

“there could be a problem” isn’t really much to go on.
