Site giving critical error message the whole time

  • Hi,

    I am experiencing issues with both wordpress sites that I have installed.
    I have reinstalled WordPress 5.8, disabled ALL themes and Plugins. When I try to install a new plug in or view site health, as soon as I click on a button I get the critical error message. Debugging is on, but not populating the log at all, so I don’t know what the problem could be.

    When I click on Site Health under tools, I get the critical error message. It also says a message has been emailed to the admin, but no email has come through at all.

    Even when I click on Pages or Posts I get the same error message. In the Browser Console I get Error 500.. Not sure what this means
