Site Got Hacked

Hello,
My wordpress blog recently stopped opening, it only shows white screen and nothing more. I checked port 80 in my host’s cpanel and saw that “outbound port for 80/443 for my account is blocked” due to finiding malicious files on my wp.config.php.
How do i solve this and get my wordpress blog clean of this.
