• Hi,
I built a site for a (charity) client 20 months ago. (www.thegoodform.ie). The client was handling the hosting, I was not being paid to maintain it and no changes have been made to the website since I created it. As a result, WordPress and the plugins have not been updated.
Last month, the website was hacked and the hosting suspended. They have no back up of the website, neither do I. I have been able to access the site via ftp and can see a lot of the files have been corrupted. The wp-content folder seems fine though. I have backed up the database using phpadmin. I have made a copy of the entire (corrupted) installation.
Is there anything I can do to restore the site – even if I can restore the pages & basic content, I’m not concerned about the comments etc.
    Can anybody help?
    Mel
