site hacked – backup and import complete WP site ?

our website was behaving weird, we contacted our hosting provider for help, they said it was hacked and disabled our account: (details below)

sucks, now i asked them to get access to cPannel – myPHPadmin, mySQL database etc. On our website (nonprofit local theater, what lowlife hacks such sites?) have lot of posts/pages, many NextGen galleries etc. how do you export all that and then import ? is there an easy wasy, does the myphpadmin export take care of all the images, nextgen gallery etc ?

response from our host:
We have checked and your account seems to have been compromised and shows some hack contents.
Hence currently we have disabled it on the server.
If you want to use the account then we will need to reset it .
Please NOTE: resetting the account will delete all the files, emails, databases etc for it.
