Site Hacked by Azerbaijan Cyber Army

My client’s site
https://mjssakuruppampady.com/is hacked. When I enter the page it shows the security error (the site ahead contains malware) and when I click on details >then> visit this unsafe site it shows the hackers page in my home page. I searched a lot in the files to find where the home page is loading from. But I couldn’t find any such code. I took a copy of the full files and DB and stored in another domain/server to check whether the site domain is hacked(thus they are routing their page to my domain) or the server/files are hacked. Also I loaded the wp files alone to the new server without the DB. But in both cases the hackers page is showing up in the new site. So i’m not sure how I can resolve the issue. I am not an expert so kindly advise me to overcome this issue.Quick help would be appreciated.
