Site hacked, can't remove link/spam

I am sorry to hear your site is damaged. Do you or your hosting company have a full backup of your site? The fastest and most sure way to repair your site is to restore from a known good backup from before the hack.

Without a backup your only solution is to repair the site. Follow this guide.
When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

Hiding the link won’t do anything – sorry to say. You need to go through all of these:

That text is added in your site title. go to general setting page and change it. if it isnt there then most probably it is hardcoded to some file. you have to spend time looking it in files.

I understand the troubleshooting logic of going to the problem and working backwards. However, with a hack, this is simply a waste of time. So is telling someone to spend time looking in files.

It’s wrong to suggest anything other than taking the well documented steps necessary to repair a site.
