Site hacked, now what?

So here’s an odd one. It seems someone was able to hack into my wifes site. I’m in the cpanel and all the information seems to be there still however when I go into the site in a browser it sends me to some arabic site at usp4.net. However it does not seem like any of those files on on this site. I can get into her personal blog still so that’s a plus but it seems like trying to access the main page gets me sent elsewhere. What can I check to either remove or replace?
