Site has disappeared

HELP!!

Everytime I try to log into the admin of my site or when I type in my web address I am getting this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘require’ (T_REQUIRE) in /var/sites/l/lolamoos.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/sugar-and-spice/functions.php on line 305

I can’t log in to edit anything so I don’t know how to get rid of it!

I don’t have or know what FTP is either.
