Site has fallen apart after Navayan install

I was warned Navayan had not been tested with this version of WordPress; it says nothing on the site, however.

My site, grace-studio.net, has fallen apart and is unusable after installing – and even after uninstalling and deleting – Navayan Subscribe. The JS window & menu are on the left and in Chrome the dropdown menu doesn’t even show.

Are there other files that should be removed following this file delete that could restore my theme?
