    Hi!

I’m having an odd problem with my site. Yesterday I was making backups via FTP. After I was finished, the style of my WP site went back to the 1990s and looks quite shoddy. I’m fairly confident I only did backupping and did not modify any files.

Now the thing is that the current theme I am using is not working properly (messy outlook like I said). Other themes I have tested work just fine.

Chrome troubleshooting points out that it cannot find style.css from specific url. Chrome also tells that there is an “Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined” in menu.js. I assume my issues are somehow related to those?

    The site is https://www.classicgym.fi/tampere

  • The links to certain elements are different. For instance a stylesheet URL is given as:

    https://classicgym.y.neutech.fi/tampere/wp-content/themes/classicGym/style.css

    If I change that to:

    https://www.classicgym.fi/tampere/wp-content/themes/classicGym/style.css

    The stylesheet loads correctly.

Thanks for the reply.. I’ll try to locate the right file and modify the links.

I was able to modify the link and at least now Chrome does not point out any stylesheet related erros. I guess the stylesheet should now load correctly.

However the problem still occurs. Maybe the menu.js is not functioning properly?

You’ve changed it to load the nav menu, not the main stylesheet.
