  • Hi @fancystuff,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with your site-header image in your storefront theme.

The Storefront theme is designed to be responsive, which means it automatically adjusts to different screen sizes. However, this can sometimes result in images appearing zoomed in or cropped if they don’t match the aspect ratio of the display area.

I suggest you try resizing your image to a different aspect ratio, or consider using a smaller image and allowing the theme to scale it up.

If you continue to have trouble, you can tweak the CSS to adjust the way images are displayed in your store.

Let us know if you still need further assistance.

    Hi

so the guidance of 1950×500 doesn’t work, and which aspect ratio or size do you suggest? at this stage, to be honest, we can only guess, and that is very time consuming.

    Hello fancystuff,

    Thank you for your reply.

I visited your site https://timetheplaneman.com but it is not working.
Can you please check and send the correct website address?

The domain is not registered yet.

Also, could you share the link where you read about setting up the site-header image as 1950×500?
I am sure there is an explanation for this problem and it should be an easy fix.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
