    Hi.
Within our WP admin page, when we go to “tools”=>> “Site health” (/wp-admin/site-health.php), it tries to load the page but finally it goes blank. https://ibb.co/gTTmjJC
We have the latest version of WP (5.4.2) and have PHP7.4. All themes and plugins are updated.
We tried several things to fix it:
    1) Tried different PHP versions: 5.6/7.0/7.2/7.3/7.4
    2) Deactivated all plugins

Our site works fine, we just had a notice in the admin desktop that a few things had to be fixed and that′s when we tried to go to the health page.
    Thanks in advance!

Have you also tried switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins)?

    Hi.
    Thank you for your response.
Yes, I forgot to mention that we tried that too, but the problem persisted. Moreover, we updated all of the default themes previously. Normally we use Avada theme.

What did you do at the site before this issue occurred?

Pretty much nothing. We haven′t added any plugins.
The thing is that we really don′t know when this started, as we barely look at that page, so it may be something that′s being there for a while…
I posted this in another forum, and even though they didn′t know the cause, they did say that it is a problem they have seen before.

Try MANUALLY updating. Download WordPress again and unzip it, and use that to copy up. Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. (NOTE: do not delete the?wp-content?directory or your?wp-config.php?file). Please read the Manual Update directions first.

Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups! See https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/wordpress-backups/

    Hi.
Today I was about to try the above. Before starting, I went to Site health to see if the problem persisted, and to my surprise, it was working!!!
Beleive me, I haven′t done a thing, just kept the site updated (plugins) and I had tried deactivating all of them, so I don′t think that was the problem. I don′t know if the hosting did something. I′ll consult them.
    A mystery…
Thank you for your time anyway.
    Best regards.
