Thank you now what i want to do is Aggregate all the post using that category onto the main site.

How would i pull it into the main blog??

Thank you for this! I think this is just what I was looking for but won’t know until I have more time to dig into what it offers.

Here is my goal: I want my primary site to be something like district.org and each department have its own subdomain / blog – department.district.org
I want each subdomain to use the same navigation and categories as the primary site. I also want to display all posts in a specific category on the homepage of district.org regardless of the site in the network it was initially published on.

Am I on the right track or do you have any better ideas?! I sincerely appreciate your advice!
