• My site is at https://www.adruniverse.com

When I type it in the browser, it goes to some other site and has this fake message at the top:

“500 Error – Internal Server Error”.

Found out that the site it goes to is:
searchportal.information.com which is a fraud site.

Working with ISP to solve this nightmare. Has this happened to you?. If so how did you solve it?.

  • how do i protect my site settings?

I am having a problem like this as well with one of my clients websites. When you type in the domain name it comes up with the searchportal.information.com page. It only happens every once in a while and neither my hosting company (hostgator) or my domain registrar (yahoo) said they know why it is doing this. It only happens when you type in my domain with the www. I just got a new dedicated IP address when this started happening. Anyone know whats going on here???
