I’m attempting to clone my site home page in WordPress using Duplicate Post v4.5.

In pages, I select my current site home page and then click clone.

I then open the new page in edit. When I click on the preview or follow the URL of the cloned page, it’s missing the background colours on all of the WPBakery rows, I also noticed some of the images are cut in half too, but the rest of the elements and content is all there.

I’ve checked the duplicator permissions settings and that looks all ok. What might be causing this?

    Hi @jimmyjamesjimmy

We understand that you’ve cloned your homepage but the cloned page is missing background colors and some of the images.

We’re not completely sure how you’ve created your homepage and added all of the content using WPBakery page builder (is it using some templates of some sort?), but is there something separate to how the background colors and images are added to that page? Could you provide us with a URL where we can check on this or possibly more details on which WPBakery elements aren’t being copied over?

Could you also test this on a default site just using WPBakery and Yoast Duplicate Post plugin just to ensure there are no other plugin or theme conflicts?

    Hi Michael,

Thank you for your reply. In the end I found the problem with the clone and have fixed the issue. Thanks for all your help.
