Site Home page loads a different theme

Hi this is a site I’m just finishing developing for a client, and I just noticed that the home page appears to load the default home page from the 2022 theme and i cant figure out why.

All of the inside pages for example
https://www.smallfish-design.com/spencer/contact/
Load fine with the selected theme a genesis child

Here’s what i’ve done

Ive deleted the 2022 theme
Cleared my browser cache
There is no site cache installed yet
ive checked that the the home page is set to a static page under settings >reading

Im not sure how to proceed beyond that- Im stumped so hope someone could help me out here
