Site ID does not work

    Hy!
    My Plugin does not work. I called DHL 2 times for the account number, Site ID and Site password and since I changed it my plugin does not work any more.
    They gave me 2 different options
    Here is what I did
    Account number:My DHL account number
    Site ID: My DHL account name
    Site Password: My DHL password
    that did not work. Failure: Site ID is wrong

    Second option
    Account number:
    Site ID: from WooCommerce
    Site Password: from WooCommerce
    Failure:
    <ConditionCode>111</ConditionCode>
    <ConditionData>Error in parsing request XML:Error:
    Datatype error: In element &apos;Password&apos; :
    Value &apos;??????x&apos;
    with length &apos;30&apos; exceeds maximum length
    facet of &apos;20&apos;.. at line 9, column 56</ConditionData>
    </Condition>

    Than I called DHL again and they told me I should contact you
