Site Identity

I love the look of this theme and created the site, but the site identity is still: “My WordPress Website Just another wordpress site”
How do I change this? I’m struggling and just need to change this for my client in order to make the site live.
Also – can you recommend a “search plugin” that would work better – the search function isn’t great? It’s only a one-pager and the user needs to be able to do “word” searches.
