Site in one IP, emails in another IP: how to configure?

    Hi guys, thanks in advance for any ideas to make this work.

    I have this site with emails in one IP – completely different from the site’s IP address. They are in different servers.

    How I configure this with Other SMTP option? The normal one?

    I apologize but I am not sure I understand this correctly. But, I guess there will not be any issues. With the ‘Other SMTP’, the correct SMTP settings will connect your site to the email provider. In case it helps, here’s our tutorial for more details.
