Site incorrectly categorised as commercial

    Hi! We have a non-commercial site (https://vaskiextra.net), but it seems that it’s been categorized as commercial. Now we can’t see our site stats, which we could still see earlier. We tried to confirm that we are not a commercial site by requesting a reverification, but it didn’t help.

    I’ve seen some other users have the same issue on this forum. Could you please help us identify the reason for the categorization so that we could take necessary steps to be categorized as a non-commercial site again? Thank you in advance!

    Hi there, @roosakyl,

    I have confirmed that your website is for non-commercial use only and, therefore, qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records.

    I have amended that so you should be able to access your Stats again. Let us know if you still have troubles, otherwise you’re all set. Cheers!
