site is blocked from theme changing

    Hello,
    Today I tried to change my wordpress theme from northern-clouds in Virtue and the site has blocked .
    I selected “appearence” , “theme” , i chosed “Virtue” theme , i clicked “install” and then the dashbord page vanished , turned white .
    Now i can’t log in , and my website is just a white page .
    Please help me because this is my company website and i just wanted to change the theme to make the site better .

    I am not so good with the administrating a website.
    Please help me because I think this is mainly a server error, not only my fault.

    Using your hosting service’s FTP tool go to the “/wp-content/themes/” directory and then rename your northern-clouds’ folder name and that will force it to be deactivated.

    i will try to contact my hosting website operator tomorrow and i’ll ask him to do that .
    I guess he knows more tahn me because i don’t know about this stuff .

    The problem was solved thanks to hosting . It exceeded the storage space for more than 1 gb thanks to photos .
