Site is crashing every alternative day

  • Site is crashing every now and then whenever I’m trying to add any new plugin or creating and new pages or posts. Last time I integrated google analytics to the header.php, header mega menu of the site crashed. Sometime the nav bar of the harder shows as a list instead of a dropdown. I’m using Elementor Header & Footer Pluging for header and for mega menu elementor premium addons.

    Please help me with this what could be the issue.

  • What does ‘crashed’ mean? Is an error message displayed, and if so, which one? Or does the page just look visually messed up?

    Does it help if you deactivate your Litespeed optimisation plugin?

    Means website will be lost showing Forbidden Apache/2.4.41 error or sometime error in displaying layout design like some css files are missing.

    I tried deactivating Litespeed pluging but got database problem, it was increasing rapidly.

    Look under Tools > Site Health to see if there are any anomalies.

    A forbidden error also sounds like a hosting misconfiguration, especially if it only occurs from time to time. I would recommend that you contact your hoster’s support team.

    Check logs on server at that time,if you are you using an shared server, limited resources plus multiple times background cache can cause a similar issue.

    Have already checked and spoke to serve support, it seems fine. Is there any way we can check from the wp dashboard what’s the issue? Or a way to clean the Db?
