Site is doing strange things

I just installed cloudflare and it is showing as https with the padlock etc., however when trying to post on a page or a blog post or images etc., it does weird things, mostly they just are not showing up or some other random photo is showing up, so the question is if I put the site in developer mode while working on the site will that resolve the issue? Or is there something else entirely that I need to know about? Thanks for any help.
