Site is down after emptying cache

After activating the plugin and emptying the cache, my site is gone. Just blank pages.

The URL executed was the one below:
https://<site url>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_general&w3tc_flush_pgcache&_wpnonce=0c4829fedf

Is there a way I can restore through FTP?
