Site is down – can’t generate PDFs

We have the same problem. Please solve this problem quickly, we depend on it. Occasionally this happens , is it not possible to choose another hosting company? Or some sort of registration system, like Formidableform?

I also wasn’t aware this plugin relied so heavily on the backend site. We never realized that if their site went down, the plugin was useless.

Anyone know any alternatives at this point?

We also rely on this service being available. Can you please address the issue with your server.

This is an urgent issue for us as well. The Author’s site is down also so I can’t submit a support ticket.

Our service provider is experiencing a DDOS Attack. They are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the cyber attack.

Our E2Pdf plugin server is not affected. Please contact support @ formidablepro2pdf DOT com if you have mission-critical forms as it may be possible to migrate quickly using our online migration tool.

For clarification regarding the PRO2PDF service. This year we experienced one 6-hour (overnight in the U.S.) server outage two days ago, and today our provider is experiencing a DDOS attack.

We are still seeing signs of the attack, so we are working on firewall rules to derail the attack. For now, the server appears to be stable and able to generate PDFs.

Has this been resolved? – I’m still having issues generating PDF’s.

We have still the same problems, It’s getting really annoying now

They had the issue resolved Friday night and it lasted until yesterday morning. It has been down for about over 21 hours now. There hasn’t been an update in a few days. We really need to get this resolved.

@rasmarcus What is the status of this? This issue is still NOT fixed. We are using this for >30 forms on our website and have >10,000 clients that use these forms.

The PRO2PDF VPS service?provider is experiencing repeated?DDoS?cyber-attacks which are?causing our VPS DNS to propagate each time they change the server IP address.

Unfortunately, the PRO2PDF plugin API is at the mercy of the hosting provider, the good news is that they’ve been a great service provider for 8+ years and we expect they are doing everything they?can to stem the attacks.

Our E2Pdf plugin is not affected and is built to withstand such attacks.
