Site is not accepting 2FA code

I tried to login to one of our sites we manage and I am unable to enter my 2FA code. When I enter the 2FA code, I get the message, “you do not have permission to access this page. Please login and try again. “
Was there an update that is causing this? I was able to login last week, just fine.
