Yes samelesabeh, I can log-in to my Hosting account but fortunately here is the same problem that is the url of hosting login is not opening also.

When you say it’s not opening, what does happen? For example:

Nothing loads.
It partly loads.
It times out.
White screen.
404 message.

Can you see the site using a phone?

Maybe it is a DNS issue on your ISP end. Try switching your Computer’s DNS to Google DNS.
Address 1: 8.8.8.8
Address 2: 8.8.4.4
