• Hi

My client site which has been live for years has never had issues.

Using Woocommerce, many products, and Flatsome Theme.

All of a sudden I just noticed that when adding items to the Cart, it doesn’t show the Cart Totals on the right side like it used to (completely disappeared). and there is NO button “Continue to Checkout” which there used to be. It shows the items in the cart correctly.

Therefore when the customer gets to the Cart page, there is NO option to go to CHECKOUT page from there so is confusing for the customer on what to do here and progress to order their goods.

I have deactivated ALL plugins except Woocommerce and Child Theme. Still the same issue, I’ve cleared cache also. Cleared Woocommerce Transients, cleared expired transients, but still NO change.

This is very strange never seen this happen before on a client site and have NO idea HOW to fix it urgently.

Any advice would be great. I’ve duplicated the site and put it on the test server, hence I didn’t want to touch the live site. So have disabled nearly ALL plugins on the TEST SITE and still the same issue.

What else could be causing it?

Have latest WordPress version 6.2.2, All plugins have been updated etc.

    Thanks

    Hi

I just noticed as the Flatsome THeme did not have options to update, I assumed it was fully updated. But it isn’t and no option to update. Hence this could be the issue.

Not sure how to update a Theme (using Child Theme) if there is no update button but main theme is not updating at all.

    Thanks

    Hi @kristinubut,

I’m glad you were able to find the possible issue.

As the Flatsome theme is a third-party theme, I recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance with this.

In the meantime, you can try using our default theme (Storefront and Twenty Twenty-Four) to see if the issue you’ve described above persists.

    I hope this helps.

OK I’ll try another Theme and rule that out

    Thanks

    Sounds like a plan @kristinubute.

Please try it out and let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!
