Site is not visible when logged in

I’m having issues with the plugin on a multi-site installation. Whenever I enable the coming soon feature, the “coming soon message appears” but when I’m logged into the WP dashbaord, it still is showing the coming soon page.

I’ve cleared my cache thinking that would work but it didn’t. Interestingly, if I disable the coming soon page, it goes away as according to how the plugin works.

Can someone help me to understand what am I doing wrong?
