@modlook The message this person is receiving directs the users to check for reasons why the plugin is not displaying the feed properly and how to correct them. Generally because a Facebook setting is not set correctly. Not sure how us trying to help the user with suggestions how to fix it is worth a one star rating especially when no support request was made so we have no specifics as to everything the user tried to do before reviewing?
