site is showing strange/ affected

Hi.
I have tested/played with some backup pluggins.
I noticed that suddenly my icons of other plugins getting a ? instead of a icon.
And now the site is also corrupted/affected.

Allso page images are having a ?.
Also all the theme pictures (on instal theme page) are having the ?
Fonts are changed. (default?)

I see a new choice also:
Spring naar de primaire inhoud
Spring naar de secundaire inhoud

can it be that some backup program has change some settings?
I was testing backup to dropbox plugin.
