    Hi,

    I’m using your plugin on a site here – https://lsmfez.co.zm/

    But it’s causing the site to get stuck when it’s trying to load – what could be the problem and is there a fix?

    Hi there,

    Earlier I saw the shortcode not rendering but now I do not see anything. Is the ticker still present on the link you sent us?

    Hi,

    I had to deactivate it for it was jamming the site – also noticed it for another person as seen under your reviews here – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/pj-news-ticker/#reviews

    Hi,

    It’s hard to tell you what the issue is without being able to see the shortcode you added, the settings in the backend used. The theme you are using could be the issue, it could also be plugins.

    Try disabling all plugins besides the ticker and see if that works. Try switching themes and see if the ticker works properly.
