• Hi,
I’m getting a warning with no information, just an infected URL with the slug 404testpage4525d2fdc. Nothing happens if I hover that URL (so I can’t see the injected code) and the the Sucuri Scanner gets a 503 error on that page.
I can’t identify the actual file and my hosting provider doesn’t found any infection.

    Is that a false positive?
    Any help?

    Thanks a lot.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

I think I saw your issue somewhere else and didn’t see your domain name there. Now that I can see the results, the important part is the 503 error shown in the results for the 404 URL.

This means that whenever a 404 request is sent to your website, it returns a 503 error instead of the expected 404. You can test this in the browser by just going to a random, non-existent URL and looking in the browser Dev Tools: https://neuscaamano.com/404testpage4525d2fdc

Alternatively, you can test it using curl command in terminal. In order to resolve this error you’d want to stop the 503 error from being served unless it is being done on purpose (e.g website under maintenance)

    Thanks!
