Site keeps getting hacked, but it latest version.

  • I keep my site up to date, but it is continually being hacked, resulting in the Google Malware warning page coming up.

    This time is was some code inserted at the top of the index.php page which I think tries to infect visitors with Trojan:JS/PhoexRef.F

    Can anyone tell me how they are managing to get into the index.php file?

    Talk to your webhost. It’s possible that either you’re not cleaning it all out, or that you aren’t being hacked via WP but by your server having a flaw.
