Site keeps loading without styling

My headway site: https://catherineawood.com/ Keeps loading sporadically without the styling or css. It goes back to normal after refreshing a couple times, sometimes it only takes one refresh.

I’ve deactivated all plugins to see which one is causing the problem. I think it’s my Amazon Affiliate plugin, I need that plugin so deleting it is not the first option.

Is there anything I can do?
