Hi there. I am trying out hCaptcha, starting with a free account on one website. I have created the account, generated a sitekey and a secret key. Loaded the plugin in WP, activated it and added the site key and secret. Checked, result: “Site config is valid”. So far so good. However, when I test a form (created in Bricks builder), I get the message: “hCaptcha: Validatie mislukt [sitekey-secret-mismatch]”. So I generated a new site key, and a new secret. Same result. What am I doing wrong? I repeated the cycle a few times and created a new entry for the same site. Same results.

Does my hCaptcha journey end before it has started? I hope not.

Many thanks in advance for your guidance.

The message you mentioned is not by our plugin. You cannot see Bricks on our Integrations page.

We do not support Bricks so far. It is a premium product that supports hCaptcha nativly, as I can see on this page. To use hCaptcha with Bricks, you do not need our plugin at all, but should follow Bricks documentation on how to setup hCaptcha integrations.

However, as usual, we provide more services via our plugin. These include implementation of all hCaptcha features, statistics, etc. If you wish, we can consider working on Bricks integration, but for this, I need to have Bricks zip on my email [email protected] for testing.

Kindly let me know what do you prefer: to use existing native integration or wait some time for our Bricks integration?

    Hi kaggdesign,

Thanks for your very fast and clear reply!

Having started using Bricks recently (it is a very good, fast and clean builder but) I missed that part of the documentation, thanks for including the link.
Apologies for misinterpreting the error message. For the time being I will follow Bricks’ native integration and take it from there.

    Thanks again.
