Thanks for providing additional details. Unfortunately your full Site Health information details were not included. As opposed to sharing the status can you share the full details (Tools > Site Health > info > Copy site info to clipboard) and then paste in the results to the same form you used previously?

I suspect there may be some minification rules or optimisation configurations that may be resulting in this behavior. If you can share whether the same issue occurs with the admin toolbar switched off this may also prove useful.

admin toolbar switched off when i turned off this option now working fine

@rocktechamit Thanks for the update. In that case it sounds like some elements of the admin toolbar along with a plugin which offers minification features is resulting in this behavior.

In order to find the configuration or apply a workaround can you share which plugin you are using for optimization?

The info sent previously only contained your overall status, we require the full Site Health information as depicted in this screenshot (Tools > Site Health > info > Copy site info to clipboard). You can share privately using this form if preferred, the same form you previously used.

Note that as this issue doesn’t occur with the admin menu switched off this is likely a minification plugin or feature. Once we receive your full Site Health info we may be able to determine the cause. If you know how you’ve implemented this feature (via a plugin, CDN or hosting optimization feature) please share, there may be an option to restrict this for logged in users. The issue should also not occur for visitors to your site.
