Site kit + AMP + Adsense –> GDPR + Ad blocking recovery

If you’re using the official AMP plugin then Site Kit will place AMP valid AdSense code on your site, providing you have enabled the option for Site Kit to insert AdSense code on your site. You don’t need to manually insert any AMP valid AdSense code when using Site Kit.

I’ve enabled GDPR and Ad blocking recovery Messages in Adsense.
After moving to AMP, i noticed, none of this messages are displayed anymore.

The AdSense configured GDPR message isn’t compatible with AMP, see this guide. You can, however, use an AMP compatible plugin to insert a GDPR message, such as this one. Alternatively you can add your own using AMP-consent (see this guide).

i checked the Site health section, and i noticed that : adBlockerDetection is not enabled.

This only refers to an upcoming feature in Site Kit, where users can configure an Ad Blocking message within the plugin. This is independent of what can be configured at AdSense level.

What about Ad blocking recovery it does not work in AMP too ?

I believe this is the case, however, the product experts over at the AdSense Help Center can assist with this.

Thanks a lot for your help, i checked the plugin you mentioned it’s have not been updated for 2 years. I’ll check another plugin as this is the most important next step for me.
i’ve already seen this page Displaying GDPR messages on AMP pages, but i think it’s only for Google Ad manager not for Adsense ?
I’ll check for a GDPR plugin that support AMP.
