  • @daveverzijl Thanks for getting in touch. When I go to the site as an end user (not logged in to the back-end of your website), I don’t have the same issue, so this may be occurring only for logged-in users. Can you please try testing this in an incognito browser window, where you will not be logged into to WordPress?

In addition, can you please share your Site Health information privately via this form?

I deactivated Site Kit so you might not have noticed the same issue. I tried it again to be sure I was using a non-logged in user, in private mode, and I still have the issue. I entered the information in the private form and also created a staging site with Site Kit activated.

@daveverzijl If you try this on another browser from your device do you get the same issue?

Do you experience this issue from desktop as well as mobile? So far I am unable to recreate using both iOS and Android devices as well as on desktop.

Did you test my staging site? The issue only occurs on Chrome and Safari on iOS (tested on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 Pro), not on desktop. I do not have an Android device to test.

@daveverzijl If you could provide the staging site url then I am happy to test this to see if I can replicate the issue.

I submitted it through the form. Here is is: https://staging.gunderwear.nl

@daveverzijl Thank you for sharing again; apologies for missing that earlier.

I am able to replicate this issue on the staging site in Chrome on my iPhone 12. We’re not aware of this as an issue in the general WooCommerce plugin, so this is likely a conflict with one the add-ons plugins that you’re using for WooCommerce.

To identify which one is causing the issue, you can use Troubleshooting Mode:

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin
    2. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins and click Troubleshoot to enable Troubleshooting Mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely; this will not affect what your site visitors see, as it only changes the look and feel of your website for logged-in administrators.
    3. On the Troubleshooting Mode page, under Site Kit by Google, click Enable while troubleshooting
    4. Check to see if the product issue that you’re seeing is still occurring while in Troubleshooting Mode with Site Kit enabled
    5. If the issue is still occurring, click Disable Troubleshooting Mode to exit Troubleshooting Mode
    6. If the issue does not occur while in Troubleshooting Mode, re-enable your site’s plugins one-by-one by clicking Enable while Troubleshooting for each and checking Site Kit.

Let me know if you have any questions on this.
