Site Kit can’t connect to Analytics

Hi?@aariqn, thanks for opening your own topic that’s much appreciated. I’d be happy to look into this further for you. To do this, please can you share the following:

1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
2. When setting up Analytics, are you creating a new property or are you using an existing property?
3. Do you encounter the same from an?Incognito window?

Could you also try following our troubleshooting steps here to see if you are able to complete Analytics setup while in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active.

Once you have shared the information above I can help by suggesting some next steps to take. If you have any questions in the meantime then let me know.

I have the same problem. In browser console there is an error:

We can help you individually with this issue to try and find a solution for you and get Analytics set up in Site Kit for you.

Just to update you here that we have identified the issue causing this. More information can be seen in the GitHub issue here but the team are working on a fix for this as we speak.

1. Form submitted.
2. I am planning to create a new account, however I have not made it to the property selecting stage due to this issue.
3. I have tried using incognito before creating this thread after reading the other threads with the same issue.

Based on your last reply, should I just wait for the newer version release?

@aariqn Yes, we are aiming to get this out with the next release which is next week. If you wish to fix the issue for now then you could downgrade the plugin to the previous version which would work for now until the next release is available but that’s up to you.

@aariqn Site Kit 1.139.0 is now available which includes a fix for this issue. Please update to the latest version and let us know if you encounter any further issues.
