Appreciate you opening an individual support topic @creactivemind.

As what you’re encountering is a likely conflict with a third party plugin that also loads Google Chart Library scripts on the same page as the Site Kit dashboard, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
    5. Check for the same error when visiting the Site Kit dashboard.

If the same error no longer exists while in troubleshooting mode, which I suspect to be the case, you can enable your other plugins one by one, checking the Site Kit dashboard each time. At the point where you do encounter the error message you’ll then know what plugin may be causing a conflict.

I’m also happy to set up an environment similar to your own, with the same plugins. That way I can perform similar tests. In order to do so I’ll need to know your Site Health information, which you can share here in the forms or privately using this form.

Looking forward to your response. Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Hi, I’ve done as you told me and found that this plugin is in conflict with Site Kit –

Stock and Forex Markets Heat Maps
    https://financialplugins.com/products/stock-forex-markets-heat-maps/

The wordpress version of it is causing the problem.

What should I do? The author request money to be consulted unfortunately, seeking an extension of support.

Nice troubleshooting @creactivemind! As with another plugin previously, what may be happening is the Stock and Forex Markets Heat Maps plugin loads Google Chart Library scripts on the Site Kit dashboard, conflicting with the Site Kit requested Google Chart library scripts.

If this is the case, ideally all third party plugin should request their scripts on their own dashboards only. We are working on changes to Site Kit to ensure the plugin handles such conflicts better. In the meantime, as I can’t check that commercial plugin, can you ask the developer do they load Google Chart library scripts on all wp-admin pages?

hi James. Thanks. Yeah I would definitely look forward to Site Kit reflecting the issue, as the author of the plugin won’t take questions unless paid. For the time being I’ve turned off the maps plugin in the admin dashboard through Asset Cleanup. Thanks very much.

    Hi @creactivemind,

That’s understandable if the plugin is a paid plugin. Unfortunately I can’t test the plugin on my side, given it’s not freely available. Good to hear that you managed to find a workaround, nice troubleshooting.

Let me know if you have any further questions on this. I’ll also keep a note should other users report the same.
