Site Kit doesn’t collect data for my GA4 account

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve inspected your site and I noticed there does seem to be a Google Analytics 4 property registering for site visits.

I’ve also checked your site using the tagassistant.google.com service and I can see that the same Google Analytics 4 property is active and working as expected. It may even be tracking twice, as it seems you have have connected the properties at Google Analytics level.

In relation to no visits for the GA4 property can you share whether you’ve checking this directly from the Google Analytics 4 real time reporting tool? I ask as the Site Kit dashboards only display data from a Universal Type Google Analytics snippet.

Yes I am checking from the Google Analytics Dashboard and I see no trafic coming in real time…

Thanks for the update. As were limited to Site Kit related queries here in the plugin forums unfortunately you’ll need to check with the Analytics product experts over on the official Google Analytics Help Center in relation to the real time report not showing live data for your site.

Before posting the question on the Analytics Help Center can you share the following, which can help rule of possible issues:

1. When you’re checking the GA4 real time report can you confirm you’re checking the same connected property (G-PWY85Y88GY), while also visiting your site from a Chrome browser incognito window to no browser blocks or logged in user restrictions don’t apply?
2. Have you just recently added Google Analytics 4 to your site? If it’s been added for some time now let me know if you have any existing data, not specifically within the real time report.
