Normally I used to get all the data of search console as well as analytics from 28 days and below but now I am facing the problem that whenever I want to view my data of below 28 days below I am getting an error mentioning that Site Kit encountered an error.

    Hey SocialSpark,
How did you resolved this error?

@pradeepkamadana Thanks for reaching out. So we can try to determine the cause please share the following information:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Can you share any browser console errors that occur on the same screen when checking this from a Chrome browser incognito window?
    3. Can you confirm that this notice doesn’t appear if you select the 90 day reporting period?

@socialsparkmedia If you’d like to open an individual support topic and share the above we can look into your case individually.

    1. I have sent the required form with site health information.
    2. I faced the same error even in Chrome browser incognito window.
    3. The error is for all except 28 days.
    Thank you.

Thanks for sharing. After checking your WordPress environment I don’t see anything obvious that may be resulting in this notice. With that can you follow the steps below and inform me if the same occurs:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Check for the same notice once more

Let me know how you get on with the above. Depending on the outcome we can provide further checks to pinpoint any possible conflict.

    Thank you.
It worked in trouble shooting mode as advised by you.
But once the trouble shooting mode is off, it’s back to normal error as usual.
    How to go about this?

    (@jamesosborne)

Appreciate you checking this, it sounds like there may be a conflict with either one of your plugins or a theme function or feature. Can you revisit the plugins “Troubleshooting” mode before then enabling the other plugins one by one, checking for the same issue each time? At that stage you’ll be able to determine what plugin if any is resulting in this conflict with Site Kit.

If the issue doesn’t re-appear you can then select your active theme while in troubleshooting mode, before checking once more.

If you’re unsure on the above let me know and I can provide more detailed instructions. When checking I would advise starting with your optimization and caching plugins.

@pradeepkamadana I thought it was gone, but it’s still there. Exact same as yours. I disconnected Page Speed Insights, because that was the last thing I connected before I got the error, but the error still pops up. I don’t have time to go through all of these troubleshooting things. I’m just going to have to remove it. Hope you get it straightened out!

@jamesosborne I will try that anyway. Thank you.
@socialsparkmedia Thank you for the update.

@pradeepkamadana Great! Let us know how you get on after testing and I can perform some testing on my side. From checking the Site Health information which you kindly provided there are a number of plugins that could have features that impact Site Kit functionality, in particular if the caching plugins you’re using also cache assets from your administrator panel.

    Hi,
I am unable to check all the plug ins as Site Kit gets into troubleshooting mode when I enable the troubleshooting for other plug ins. I can check the plug ins only after enabling the trouble shooting mode and when it’s in trouble shooting mode, Site Kit is working perfectly.
Any other thoughts on how to get it rectified from your side will be highly appreciated.
This is taking more time than expected as there seems to be no solution except to uninstall and reinstall it which is quite cumbersome.
    Thank you.

    Hi Pradeep,

Thanks for performing this check, appreciate your efforts. This is a new error so far so I’m not certain on the cause just yet however if this doesn’t occur in troubleshooting mode then this points to a possible plugin or theme conflict. I created the below GitHub issue so investigate.
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/4074

When you mention you’re unable to check all the other plugins in troubleshooting mode was this due to limited time, or did you encounter any issues while trying to activate other plugins in troubleshooting mode? We’ll need to know what plugin is resulting in this error if any, with the checks suggested above helping to uncover any such conflict.

This is taking more time than expected as there seems to be no solution except to uninstall and reinstall it which is quite cumbersome.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin? I’m not certain this will resolve the issue if the problem only occurs with another plugin active, which may be the case. If you could share any browser console errors on the same screen when this occurs it may also prove useful.

Hi @socialsparkmedia @pradeepkamadana Thanks for your patience and assistance with troubleshooting! We’ve identified that this issue is related to the use of the Google Charts library in Site Kit. We’re working on a fix now and plan to release it next week in v1.42.0. I’ll update here when the release is out and you can upgrade.

Thank you. Will be on the lookout.

@shetheliving Good to know that. Please keep me updated. Thank you.
@jamesosborne Hope we will get it right this time. Thanks for your time.
