Thanks for reaching out. As we’re currently investigating other reports of this, please share the following:
1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window do you see any browser console errors on the same screen where this notice appears? If so please share any such errors.
Based on the other insights you provided, regarding mixed content, this was also evident from another impacted user. From checking your own public REST endpoints the issue may stem from your site URLS being defined as http, and not fully secure (https).

As you have a fully secure site, can you define both URLs within your WordPress general settings as https, before checking does the same error occur?

@chuangzaoxingfu Many thanks for sharing the additional insights. I’ve setup a similar environment to your own to perform some testing. In my case I wasn’t able to recreate the same. So we can determine more on this please check do the following:
1. Does the same occur from Chrome browser incognito window? If so please share any browser console errors where this error apears.
2. Does the same occur if you temporarily pause Cloudflare, which it seems you have active?
