Site Kit encountered an error & Error: Request parameter is empty: account

@ned4spd8874 Thanks for providing this but unfortunately it isn’t the correct config file. The one we would need to see can be located in the /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/ folder.

Would you also be able to share this please?

@ned4spd8874 thanks a lot for this. Once you approve the access to the file I will pass this onto the team to check. Please be aware that if we are unable to find anything that stands out here then we will have reached the limit of the support we can provide in this case as we are unable to support and debug users custom setups as this falls out of the scope of the Site Kit plugin itself.

I will report back to you on our findings from this config file which hopefully we can spot something that may help.

@ned4spd8874 We have taken a look at that file and don’t see anything obvious, and digging in deeper at the server level is something that we’re not able to do as part of Site Kit support.

We do suspect that this is a hosting level issue so a good next step would be for you or a developer to to do some more troubleshooting on that side as we are unable to help further with this.

I had the same issue:
has been blocked by CORS policy /collect… on frontend.

This issue was fixed after I also added a Google Tag Manager container (in Google SiteKit plugin settings), (with no tags currently added). Afterwards the CORS error was gone.

i can see solved but what things need to be add in nginix configuration or anything need to removed there please let us also know

@kuttysoft It’s not resolved actually. We tried a bunch of stuff, but nothing has helped. At this point it’s just a permanent broken feature.
